Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be taken into PayPal where you can pay, even if you don’t have a PayPal account.
You can pay using all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Solo, Visa Debit and Maestro through PayPal, and please note, that you don’t have to have a PayPal account to do this. You can pay by Personal Cheques but please note that cheque take time to clear and this will be reflected in the dispatch time of your item(s). You can also pay by Bank transfers, if you would like to use this method please contact us and we will give you our banking details. Your order will be automatically acknowledged upon receipt.
Delivery Schedule If your order is received Mon – Thurs your items will be dispatched within 24 hours. Order received Friday will be dispatched Monday.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website payment is made through PayPal no information regarding your account is available to Muttleys Dog Supplies.
Guarantee If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 7 days, we will exchange it or replace it. We promise to acknowledge and deal with all complaints by return. Customer satisfaction is a priority to us so therefore we undertake to handle complaints in a fair and honest manner, informing you of the result in a clear manner.

Returns Policy If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it in its original condition within 7 days, we will exchange it or replace it (postage non-refundable).
