How to Return an Item
We love all the dog products that we sell and hope that you do too, but if for any reason you would like to return something you can.
All that you have to do is contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. You must then return the items to us (at your own cost) within 14 days of receiving it. All items must be returned unused, in a saleable condition and in their original packaging (with any labels still attached). Please use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage.
We check all our items but if for some reason your item is damaged/faulty please accept our apologies. Please contact us within 48 hours to let us know. We will then issue you with details of how to proceed with your refund.
